Red Weather Warning!

Due to the Red Weather Warning we will be operating with limited staff. We will only be dealing with urgent calls via telephone. We will not be dealing with queries or results.

We are open, just working differently

You can still attend the surgery as we have a new reception desk at the front foyer of the building. You can do everything here you could at our old reception desk.

We are still operating a triage system for appointments, therefore you will be given a telephone consultation initially with the GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

You can book an appointment in advance for the Practice Nurse, however telephone consultations will still be available if this is your preferred option.

Practice staff will ask you for some general information to help you to see or speak to the most appropriate person in the practice. This may not always be with a doctor, but may be another member of the health care team. pharmacists, mental health nurses, physiotherapists, general practice nurses, or advanced nurse practitioners may be available to help.

Before you get in touch, consider whether you can manage your condition safely yourself by getting advice from our self-help guides or by speaking with your local pharmacist.
